1. 앱이 처리하는 정보

무료 체험과 기기에 저장된 이야기 진행은 계정 연결 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. Android 게임에서 계정 연결, 구매 확인·복원 등 온라인 기능을 선택하면 Google 로그인과 Firebase Authentication을 이용합니다. 이 과정에서 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소 및 Google이 제공하는 표시 이름 등의 인증 정보가 처리됩니다. Gmail 메일이나 Google Drive 파일 접근은 요청하지 않습니다.

구매 확인·복원에는 Google Play 상품 식별자, 구매 토큰 및 구매·취소 상태가 사용됩니다. 게임 서버에는 계정 식별자의 해시, 구매 토큰의 해시, 상품 권한, 말씀의 빛 잔액·보상 및 장식 해제 내역 등 서비스 제공에 필요한 기록이 저장됩니다. 카드 번호나 카드 보안코드는 게임 서버에서 수집하지 않으며 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. 기기의 이야기 진행과 정원 배치 기록은 서버의 구매·잔액 기록과 구분됩니다.

2. 서비스 제공 과정의 기술 정보

게임 콘텐츠 전송, 보안, 장애 대응을 위해 호스팅 제공자가 접속 시각, IP 주소, 브라우저 및 기기 정보와 같은 통상적인 기술 로그를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 정보는 광고나 사용자 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.

Firebase Authentication은 인증 보안과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소를 처리하며, SDK·플랫폼 정보와 Firebase 앱 식별자도 처리합니다. 게임은 IP 주소로 위치를 추정하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 이러한 기술 정보 처리는 휴대전화의 위치·연락처·사진 접근 권한을 요청한다는 뜻이 아닙니다.

게임 전용 Google Cloud 프로젝트의 일반 운영 로그 보관 설정은 30일이며, 제공자가 관리하는 필수 관리자 활동·시스템 감사 로그는 400일입니다. 감사 로그 보관 기간이 게임 계정이나 모든 구매 기록의 보관 기간을 뜻하지는 않습니다. 현재 Firestore의 과거 데이터 버전 보관은 1시간이며 별도 예약 백업과 시점 복구 기능은 활성화하지 않았습니다. 이 설명은 해당 프로젝트 설정에 관한 것이며 Firebase·Google Play 등 제공자가 독립적으로 보유하는 모든 기록을 즉시 지울 수 있다는 뜻이 아닙니다.

3. 광고와 제3자 제공

현재 앱에는 타사 광고 SDK나 행동 분석 SDK가 없으며, 이용 정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 아동과 콘텐츠

이 게임은 성경의 여러 이야기를 체험하는 교육·모험 콘텐츠입니다. 현재 제공되는 가인과 아벨 이야기에는 성경 기록에 따른 비사실적이고 절제된 폭력 표현이 포함될 수 있으며, 실제 폭력이나 위험 행동을 조장하지 않습니다.

5. 말씀의 여정 계정·데이터 삭제 요청

앱을 삭제하거나 로그아웃하는 것만으로 Firebase 계정이나 서버의 구매·잔액 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 앱을 다시 설치하지 않고도 아래 이메일로 말씀의 여정 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Google 계정 자체를 삭제하는 절차는 아닙니다.

말씀의 여정 계정·데이터 삭제 요청 보내기

게임에 연결한 Google 계정의 이메일에서 요청을 보내 주세요. 다른 이메일을 이용해야 한다면 먼저 문의해 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증코드, 신분증, 카드 정보 또는 구매 토큰을 보내지 마세요. 담당자가 계정 소유 확인과 요청 범위를 확인한 뒤 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 이 이메일 경로는 수동 요청 접수이며 자동 삭제 완료를 뜻하지 않습니다.

삭제 대상에는 해당 앱의 인증 계정 및 관련 서비스 데이터가 포함됩니다. 구매 복원·말씀의 빛·장식 권한에 미치는 영향을 처리 전에 안내하며, 계정 삭제는 결제 환불을 자동으로 실행하지 않습니다. 법적 의무나 사기 방지 등 정당한 사유로 일부 거래 기록을 보관해야 하는 경우 보관 대상·목적·기간을 안내합니다. 기기의 진행·정원 데이터는 앱의 저장공간 관리에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Telegram 고객센터 · 사업문의에서는 자동 도움말을 먼저 제공합니다. 상담·건의·사업문의를 접수하면 동의한 메시지와 답변 전달에 필요한 Telegram 대화 식별자, 접수 시각·분류를 게임 전용 비공개 서버에서 처리하고 담당자에게 전달합니다. 지원 기록은 30일 후 자동 정리 대상이 되며, 봇의 /delete_my_data로 먼저 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 명령은 게임 계정·구매 기록을 삭제하지 않습니다. Telegram 및 담당자 대화에 남은 사본은 별도로 관리되므로 함께 삭제가 필요하면 알려 주세요. 비밀번호·인증코드·카드번호·구매 토큰은 보내지 마세요.

Privacy summary

Offline story progress and the free experience do not require account connection. Optional Android account, purchase and restore features use Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication, which process account identifiers, email and display name. Purchase verification uses Google Play product IDs, purchase tokens and purchase status. Our server keeps hashed account/token identifiers, entitlements, Word Light balances and item unlock records. Payment card details are handled by Google Play, not our game server. We do not request Gmail or Drive access, sell user data or use it for advertising.

Firebase Authentication also processes IP addresses for authentication security and abuse prevention, SDK/platform information and the Firebase app identifier. The game does not use IP addresses to infer location. In our dedicated Google Cloud project, ordinary operational logs are configured for 30 days and provider-managed mandatory administrative/system audit logs for 400 days. The audit period is not the retention period for game accounts or all purchases. Firestore currently retains previous data versions for one hour, with no scheduled backups or point-in-time recovery enabled. These are project settings, not a promise of immediate deletion of every record independently retained by Firebase, Google Play or other providers.

Request app account and data deletion

Email a deletion request for The Word Journey from the Google email connected to the game. You do not need to reinstall the app. Contact us first if you cannot use that address. Never send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, card details or purchase tokens. This is a manually reviewed request, not instant deletion.

Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the Firebase app account or server records. We verify ownership and explain the effect on purchase restoration, balances and item access before deletion. Deleting the app account does not delete your Google account or automatically refund purchases. If records must be retained for legitimate legal or fraud-prevention purposes, we explain their scope, purpose and retention period. Device-local progress and garden data are managed separately in device storage settings.

With your consent, submitted messages, Telegram chat identifiers needed for replies, timestamps and categories are processed in private game-support storage and forwarded to the operator. Records become eligible for automatic cleanup after 30 days; use /delete_my_data for earlier removal. This command does not delete game accounts or purchases. Telegram and operator-chat copies are managed separately; contact us if you need those removed too. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment card details or purchase tokens.
